Shipping & Return Policy
Any product purchased from our website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Return Process
- Send a photo of the product and the PDF version of the receipt via email, including a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will contact you to confirm whether the return is eligible.
- Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed.
Required Documents for a Return
- A valid identification document
- A PDF copy of the electronic receipt
Return Conditions
a) If you wish to return the product without a specific issue
- The product packaging must be intact, unopened, and undamaged
- The product must not be used or worn
- If these conditions are met, the product may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase
- We kindly ask you to open the package in the presence of the courier
b) If the product is damaged or does not match the description
- Please contact our customer service at +374 43 870 515 and report the issue
- You may choose between exchanging the product for another version of the same model, or returning the product for a refund
- Returns must be made within 14 days of the order date
- Once the return request is approved, the refund will be transferred to your card or digital wallet
