Shipping & Return Policy

Any product purchased from our website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

Please read the return conditions and procedures carefully before initiating a return.

Return Process

The return is carried out in the following steps:

Send a photo of the product and the PDF version of the receipt via email, including a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will contact you to confirm whether the return is eligible.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed.

Required Documents for a Return

A valid identification document
A PDF copy of the electronic receipt

Return Conditions

a) If you wish to return the product without a specific issue

The product packaging must be intact, unopened, and undamaged
The product must not be used or worn
If these conditions are met, the product may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase
We kindly ask you to open the package in the presence of the courier

b) If the product is damaged or does not match the description

Please contact our customer service at +374 43 870 515 and report the issue
You may choose between:
Exchanging the product for another version of the same model
Or returning the product for a refund
Returns must be made within 14 days of the order date
Once the return request is approved, the refund will be transferred to your card or digital wallet

Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of a return.

Shipping and Delivery Timeline

All orders placed on our website are prepared and delivered within the following timeframes:

In Yerevan: within 1–2 business days
In the regions of Armenia: within up to 7 business days

We offer free shipping throughout the Republic of Armenia for orders exceeding 10,000 AMD.

Deliveries outside Yerevan are carried out via HayPost (Armenian National Postal Service).
